Omniflo Overhead Conveyor System
The modular trolley system for the gentle transport of large volumes – in all directions, across multiple levels, manual or fully automated. Flexibly expandable and seamlessly combinable with the ILS 2100.
Omniflo Overhead Conveyor System
Large Volumes. Gentle Transport.
Every Direction.
The Omniflo overhead conveyor system by Schoenenberger Systems enables large volumes of sensitive goods to be received, picked and dispatched quickly, flexibly and with zero product damage. The modular, centre-suspended system transports in all directions – left, right, in reverse, and between different storage levels.
The Omniflo product family encompasses a wide range of components for highly customised system solutions. Every installation adapts flexibly to any building structure, is straightforward to expand and can be automated retroactively at any time.
Omniflo systems grow with your requirements. New track sections, switches and levels can be integrated without shutting down the existing system.
Start with manual operation, add automation later – without replacing the system. As sorting demands increase, the ILS 2100 integrates seamlessly into the Omniflo installation.
How It Works
Trolleys. Trains. Full Control.
For high-throughput transport of large volumes, the smooth-running trolleys are coupled into trains – moved quickly and with minimal effort, even in manual operation. Digital trolley identification via barcode or RFID provides complete visibility, continuous stock management and order throughout the system.
High-value garments and sensitive goods are transported hanging and contact-free – no creasing, no risk of damage, across any number of track sections and levels.
A wide variety of switch types enables precise trolley routing to every destination zone – automatically, manually or in hybrid mode, tailored to your warehouse layout.
The system conveys goods between different storage levels – without cranes or lifts, directly on the overhead rail, in a continuous material flow.

Key Advantage
Multi-Level Transport:
Continuous Flow Without Interruption.
In conventional warehouse operations, moving goods between floors means forklifts, lifts and waiting times. The Omniflo system eliminates these bottlenecks. Goods flow directly on the overhead rail from level to level – no reloading, no delay, in a continuous process.
This dramatically increases throughput while protecting the goods through contact-free transport across every section of the system.

Begin with manual operation, automate progressively – without replacing the system. Your investment is protected long-term.
Through trolley trains and intelligent switch control, even large volumes are transported quickly and with minimal effort across the entire warehouse.
As sorting demands increase, the ILS 2100 extends the Omniflo system to full automation – seamless handover, no system breaks.
Applications
Who Benefits Most
from the Omniflo System?
Jackets, dresses, trousers – hanging and crease-free through the entire warehouse. The Omniflo system is the ideal foundation for apparel logistics at any scale, from regional fashion chains to international retailers.
Fast throughput, flexible zone allocation, automated stock management – the Omniflo system supports same-day shipping and the simultaneous supply of online shop, stores and outlets from a single warehouse.
For service providers processing goods from multiple clients, the Omniflo system provides the necessary assortment flexibility – one system for all goods types and all customer requirements.
Parts supply to the line, buffering between production steps, connection to assembly areas – the Omniflo system optimises internal material flow in series manufacturing environments.
System Combination
Omniflo + ILS 2100 –
Storage and Sorting in One Process.
When sorting demands increase – driven by ever more individual product variants – the fully automated ILS 2100 complements an existing Omniflo warehouse system to boost efficiency further. Goods are transferred automatically from Omniflo trolleys to ILS 2100 individual carriers and sorted at high speed on an item-by-item basis.
This allows picking to be carried out in larger batch sizes – Omniflo handles the buffering and warehouse transport, while the ILS 2100 delivers high-performance sorting at the individual-item level.
The Omniflo warehouse takes over the dynamic buffer zone: goods are stored hanging, called up as needed and flow directly to the ILS 2100 handover station – without any manual intermediate steps.
The ILS 2100 handles fully automated sorting at the individual-item level – batch-size-1 capable, with complete track & trace and direct integration into WMS and ERP.
